At Wilson Law Group, knowledge of the law is only part of the equation. We take all the elements of your situation into consideration. From business law to estate planning, from family law to litigation—we work with you as a person, and not just a name typed out on a legal document. It's not just the law, it's how the law affects you that is important.
You have worked hard all your life to accumulate personal assets and we want to ensure that you
pass on your legacy to you family, at the right time and in the manner you desire, rather than have your hard-earned assets be consumed by
estate taxes, creditors and predators and probate expenses.
Estate Planning is as complex and varied as the people it serves. It is multi-dimensional and must be geared in a sensitive manner to the achievement of a variety of objectives: Wealth preservation and asset protection; avoidance of probate; elimination or reduction of estate taxes; prevention against the erosion of retirement distribution accounts to estate and income taxes; protection against the potential cost of long term care; management of assets in the event of illness or incapacity, to name but a few.
Our
Madison, WI Estate Planning Lawyers believe that our success is founded on our commitment to our clients and our ability to communicate in a caring and responsive manner.
We promise to listen to you with courtesy and respect.
