Attorney Wayne Wilson is licensed to practice law in the State of Wisconsin, having been admitted to the Bar in 1973. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Courts of Appeal, 7th and 8th Circuits, and the United States District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin. A 1970 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Wayne earned a BA degree in Political Science, followed by a JD degree at University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1973. Attorney Wilson is a frequent lecturer to various professional organizations concerning issues of Wealth Strategy counseling, with a special focus on programs designed for the professional advisor. He is the co-author of Generations: Planning Your Legacy (1999) and Your Life, Your Legacy (2003 First and Second Edition).

Attorney Daniel Purtell was born in Detroit, Michigan, moving to Wisconsin with his family in 1979, settling in Cross Plains, Wisconsin. His college career expanded through the University of Wisconsin-Platteville to the Thames University in London, England. Daniel earned his JD degree at University of Wisconsin Law School. Attorney Purtell provides educational programs both for the public and professional advisors in the areas of general estate planning, wealth transfer strategies, planning for young families, and issues relating to the elderly.

A 2001 graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City, Attorney Borakove earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. She later attended the New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts, receiving her Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 2005.

Attorney Peter Osman is a Wisconsin licensed estate planning attorney, having been admitted to the Bar in 2009. He attended the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he received his Juris Doctor degree, graduating with a curricular concentration in Estate Planning. He pursued his undergraduate studies at both the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and the University of Wisconsin – Madison, receiving his bachelor’s degree in Communications in 2005, graduating with honors. Peter regularly holds educational workshops for clients, professional advisors, and local businesses and organizations. The topics of his workshops focus on his specialty areas of practice, including comprehensive estate planning, planning for young families, planning for taxable estates, and estate planning for the closely held business owner.
