Who should attend:  Anyone who may serve as a trustee or successor trustee for a living trust.  This includes the surviving spouse, adult children or others you have named in your trust who want to understand how a trust works.  The program will provide attendees with an understanding of estate planning concepts, why a trust is useful in family planning, and an introduction to the trust administration process.  Attendance is a must for every trustee of every trust.  A workbook will be included.  We encourage you and your successor trustees to attend this workshop.  This program is a precursor for the Trustee Training (The Administrative Process) program.

Who should attend:  This program is designed for your successor trustees.  Prior attendance at the Trustee Training (The Trust Process) program is highly encouraged.  The Trust Admininistration workshop will provide trustees with a detailed description of the decisions to be made and the tasks to be completed following the death or incapacity of a trustmaker.  These include valuing assets, administering retirement plans and annuities, dividing and distributing trust assets, and preparing estate and fiduciary income tax returns.  It is important to know how to handle these responsibilities before the need exists.  We encourage you and your successor trustees to attend this workshop.

Who should attend:  The friends and family members of our RWay members.  In an informal atmosphere, we will give those who have not planned their estates an opportunity to learn about the benefits of comprehensive estate planning.  As RWay members, you have done customized estate planning, but many of your family and friends have not.  This is an exclusive event only for our RWay clients' friends and family.  We encourage you to invite anyone who may be interested.

Who should attend:  Large estate tax exemptions or no estate tax at all (2010) has been the rule for the last decade. Starting January 1, 2011, the exemption shrinks to $1 million. If your individual estate exceeds $1 million or your joint estate exceeds $2 million, come hear about additional planning options that could provide huge estate tax savings for you and your family.

Who should attend:  Anyone who has or knows a family with a child with special needs.  A "special needs" child usually has a permanent condition or disability which may require special planning to maintain their standard of living and government benefits while still being as independent as possible.  The program will discuss techniques to protect and safeguard these special children with special solutions.
