He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Courts of Appeal, 7th and 8th Circuits, and the United States District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin. A 1970 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Wayne earned a BA degree in Political Science, followed by a JD degree at University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1973. Attorney Wilson is a frequent lecturer to various professional organizations concerning issues of Wealth Strategy counseling, with a special focus on programs designed for the professional advisor. He is the co-author of Generations: Planning Your Legacy (1999) and Your Life, Your Legacy (2003 First and Second Edition).

His primary focus is in general estate planning, wealth transfer strategies, and issues related to elder law. He is also an active member of WealthCounsel, a national network of attorneys and wealth planning professionals dedicated to estate planning and asset protection; and a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association. Prior to receiving his JD degree, Christopher was selected to study abroad at Cambridge, England to participate in a program focused on comparative legal systems. Attorney Martin interned in 2009 for the Milwaukee County Corporation Counsel and in 2008 for Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in its Mediation Advocacy Program.
