Overview

The estate planning process begins with our clients’ decision to protect their loved ones and preserve their assets and family values through responsible planning. Estate planning at its best serves as useful a tool for the living as it provides for our loved ones once we are gone. It’s the easiest decision to procrastinate and the hardest to recover from if no planning is in place and life’s turns and twists take control.

We have consistently demonstrated the ability to bring leadership and expertise to the planning process by through four distinct phases:

Counseling ~ > The Design ~ > Implementation ~ > Lifetime Assurance

The Counseling Phase

Let’s understand your story first.   We will explore with you your goals, concerns, hopes and dreams for yourselves, your loved ones and your community.  Through this phase we’ll learn about your heritage, your family values and what must absolutely happen to preserve the life you have built as well as we can.

The Design Phase

Designing a client-centered plan requires that we focus entirely on your objectives.  We use the most contemporary legal strategies available and through an interactive counseling method we design a unique and effective plan for your family.  We bring distinction to this process with innovative solutions, deep knowledge of advanced strategies when needed, design skills all presented in an engaging and understandable dialog.  The preservation of the family, its assets, its heritage, its need for independence drives every plan we design.

The Implementation Phase

Once your plan is designed, your attorney will work with our team to create your plan and begin the funding process---a core service that assures your assets reside within the walls of your trust.  Our goal is to deliver a customized plan that is thorough, is accurate, meets your objectives, and is timely presented.  Our goal is to sustain an business model that delivers such understanding workmanship and service that we become our clients indispensable counsel and that our clients are so satisfied they can’t resist telling others.

Lifetime Assurance

We are so committed to the concept of a planning process that never outdates our clients’ lives nor the government’s penchant to change the rules, that we created our own ongoing service called RWay.  RWay focuses on three services:  Periodic updates of your trust to allow for changes in your lives, the law, and improvements in our own approach to planning.  Workshops that present both legal and family focused topics that we hope supplement and further support you and your family.  Our firm has received national recognition for RWay and we continue to be instrumental in helping other law firms across the country achieve a similar vision.
