DESCRIPTION:We are happy to announce that our firm will be offering education for advisors. \nThese programs are offered exclusively to advisors free of charge and by invitation only\, with a limit of 40 attendees. \nAll of the programs will qualify for CE credits for licensed insurance professionals. \nClick here to view the full workshop flyer \n  \nCurrent Opportunities in Estate Planning\n4 CE Credits\n8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.\nThis is a program that will review foundational concepts such as title\,\nbeneficiary designations\, and probate in traditional estate planning. It\nwill also introduce the benefits of the Revocable Living Trust as the\ncornerstone of an effective estate plan. Asset protection\, Irrevocable\nLife Insurance Trusts\, and how to incorporate retirement accounts into\nthe estate plan will be covered with Case Studies. \n\nLunch\n12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.\nLunch and refreshments will be provided. \n\nProactive/Crisis Planning for Long Term Care\n2 CE Credits\n1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.\nThis program will first focus on the proactive side of planning for LTC\ncosts\, including LTC Insurance\, divestments\, and the use of\nIrrevocable Trusts to protect assets for Medicaid qualification. Crisis\nplanning will cover situations when traditional methods of planning are\nno longer available and the costs of LTC are soon and inevitable. \n\nHappy Hour – R.P.
