The First Step
We believe so strongly that every family should have the opportunity to make an informed decision about their planning that we have taken the approach that your initial consultation is without charge. The only commitment we ask is that you take the time to sit down with one of our attorneys to discuss your options. Please call us or reply with the “Contact Us” option on the right.
Preparation For The Consultation
Ours is a thoughtful process that requires advanced preparation on our part in order to provide you with the most thorough and comprehensive consultation possible. We look forward to having the opportunity to review your family information in advance and when we send you a confirmations letter, our Client Confidential Disclosure (CCD) will come with it. We ask that you either complete and return the CCD so that it is received no later than two (2) days prior to your consultation. There is an online option to complete the CCD, and you can find it under the Client Confidential Disclosure link on the right of this page. Be assured that our WLG Staff will follow-up with you to make sure you understand the process.
We will be attentive as you share your family history, stories and concerns, treating our conversation with great respect and confidentiality. The agenda for the meeting includes discussions of your concerns and goals, how your family will be taken care of, the status of your financial assets and accounts, and the chance for you to ask any questions of us. Our attorneys will then lay out for you several options and how the cost and benefit of each works. You can expect a thoughtful and thorough recommendation that will be based on your planning goals with complete clarity on pricing, so you can make an informed decision. You are under no obligation; however, if you choose to proceed with your estate plan, it will be our honor to serve you. If you decide to proceed, then a date and time will be set to move forward in a reasonable timeframe.
