“I had Dan and his group set up a family trust and was totally impressed and well educated by his presentation. It’s a daunting task for most, but the concise way he took the time to explain the plan both before and during the signing was amazing. The material we took home is complete and in orderly manner for reference. His patience on extreme law matters was great and we left with a strong knowledge of what can be intimidating to many. It’s great to trust someone who has done this for 25 years.
I also liked that there is the ability to keep up with law changes as the professional help is offered free for a year then a reasonably cheap yearly plan. We got so much more than just the trust. A pourover will, both medical and legal powers of attorney, living will as well as a well organized notebook that included listings of personal items, family wishes, etc…among many items that will help the survivors (our son) easily take care of arrangements such as services, cremations, etc. Can’t recommend it enough for all including farm families like ours. Well worth the cost to have this expertise…a great value all the way around and very likeable, professional staff.”
